Bob Halper obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in the early 1980s. Upon moving to Cleveland in 1984, he became heavily involved in the architectural and interior design community, creating and operating the SpecSource Showroom in Beachwood, Ohio, from 1994-2002. Bob has taught lighting design and theory to students from Cuyahoga Community College, Ursuline College and Kent State University. He is lighting certified by the Illuminating Engineering Society, and has been a member of IESNA since 2001.

Bob lives in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with his wife, Anne, and their two children.
